抚触对婴儿健康的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨抚触对婴儿健康的影响。方法将360例顺产婴儿按随机数字表法分为2组,抚触组与对照组,每组180例。抚触组婴儿从出生后第1天开始进行抚触,为期90 d;对照组不做抚触。对2组婴儿出生后第90天的体质量、身长、睡眠状况及免疫力进行比较。结果抚触组出生后第90天体质量、身长均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且睡眠状况、免疫力均优于对照组。结论抚触能促进婴儿生长发育,有利于婴儿全面健康的成长。
