摘要
目的：寻找一种简单有效的重度上睑下垂的矫正方法.方法： 本组25例患者,制作额肌瓣的时候,下端采用额肌及眼轮匝肌交界处的自然弧度,不做特殊修剪,直接予以悬吊.结果：25例患者32眼外形自然,矫正良好,术后随访半年,无复发,仅一例早期出现暴露性角膜炎,经治疗好转.结论： 额肌瓣下端采用与眼轮匝肌交界处的自然弧度进行上睑悬吊,方法简单,效果满意.
Objective：Seeks in one kind of simple effective specific weight jian the sagging correction method. Methods： This group of 25 example patient,manufactures the musculus frontalis petal time,the lower extremity uses the musculus frontalis and the eye wheel circle myo-intersection point natural radian,does not make the special trim,gives the suspension directly. Results：25 example patient 32 contour natures, the correction are good,after the technique makes a follow--up visit for half year, does not have the recrudescence,an only example early time has the exposition keratitis,after treatment change for the better. Conclusion：The musculus frontalis petal lower extremity uses with the eye wheel circle myo-intersection point natural radian carries in jian the suspension, the method is simple, effect satisfaction.
