摘要
对带钢表面缺陷检测与分割技术进行了深入的研究,探讨了针对带钢表面缺陷图象特点所应采取的策略。首先通过对传统差影图法进行改进,提出了一种通过实时更改标准图的缺陷检测方法,并通过比较四种常用的分割算法,选择出适合带钢表面缺陷分割的算法-迭代阈值法。
This dissertation is devoted to the research on image processing and recognition techniques for the detection system of steel-strip surface defects.First,It proposes a new method of surface detection,by improving the traditional dispatch image method,and chooses a suited algorithm by comparing four kinds of commonly used Segmentation algorithms.
