摘要
研究基于Cosmosworks平台进行传感器基架掉落测试的建模及仿真原理。通过仿真得到了基架与减振垫虚拟样机装配体在3m水平跌落测试的应力图解、变形趋势及冲击关键点的应力时间曲线图。仿真结果表明:跌落过程中应力峰值为1.783E+8Pa且最大变形量为1.900E-4m。动态分析结果为设计高精度检验平台及其减震方法提供了理论依据,该方法降低了试验成本,提高了设计效率。
The principle of model construction and analysis for the drop test of the pedestal based on Cosmosworks platform is introduced.The stress plot,distortion and stress-time graph of the probing points when the pedestal drop in 3m are presented.Simulation results show that stress peak value is 1.783E+8Pa in the test and the peak of displacement is 1.900E-4m.Dynamic analysis results supply the academic evidence for high accuracy calibrating platform design and damping technique.The method reduces the experiment cost and enhances the design efficiency.
