摘要
应用Adams/Car建立了某微型车的麦弗逊前悬架模型,分析了其轮跳对前轮定位参数的影响,找出了其不合理性,并采用Adams/Insight对该悬架的部分硬点位置进行了优化,优化结果表明,所做的优化设计正确有效,改善了悬架系统的运动学特性。
A minicar’s front Macpherson suspension model was established by using Adams/Car,and then,the influence of wheel parallel travel on front wheel alignment parameters was analyzed and obtained its unreasonableness.The partial hard point location of the suspension was optimized by using Adams/Insight,optimization results indicate that the optimal design was correct and reliable.Moreover,the kinematics characteristics of the suspension system were improved.
