摘要
详细介绍了一种基于逆向工程技术的塑料产品数字化设计与制造流程,然后以鼠标为例对上述流程进行了说明。在设计制造过程中,首先用逆向工程技术建立鼠标的外部曲面,然后采用自顶而下和面向装配的设计方法进行鼠标零件的结构设计,最终得到各个零件的模型后,进行注塑模具的3D设计与NC加工。这样方法可以极大的缩短新产品的开发周期,降低设计成本,提高设计质量。
It describes a development process of industrial products based on reverse engineering.And then the process is illustrated by mouse development.In the design process,the external surface of the mouse is established by reverse engineering and the structure is designed by top-down and assembly-oriented method.The injection mold is designed and manufactured in 3D software after getting all parts of the model.This method can largely shorten the development cycle of new plastic products,lower the development cost and improve the product quality.
