不同措施对北方地区冬季户用沼气池料液温度及产气量的影响 被引量:20

Effect of Different Heat Preservation Measures on Digester Temperature and Gas Production in Northern Winter

摘要 提高农村户用沼气池冬季产气量,是当前循环农业领域面临的主要问题。通过实验室筛选、培养并制取了低温沼气微生物菌剂,在山东省德州市选取农村户用沼气池进行冬季产气试验,研究采取不同措施对户用沼气池池内料液温度及沼气产量的影响。结果表明,对于池容为10 m3的猪粪原料沼气池,三种保温措施都能使沼气池内料液温度达到10℃以上,各种措施效果依次为:暖棚>简易塑料薄膜>深埋;在提高产气量方面,暖棚加菌剂>简易塑料薄膜加菌剂>深埋加菌剂>暖棚>简易塑料薄膜>深埋。 Increasing gas production of rural household biogas digesters in winter is the major problems of current recycling agriculture.Through laboratory screening,cultivation,preparation of the low-temperature microbial agent,the gas production tests were carried out with household biogas digesters in winter in Dezhou city of Shandong Province.The effect of different heat preservation measures on digester temperature and gas production were studied.The results showed that,for the biogas digesters of 10 m3,the methods of greenhouses,plastic film covering,and deep buried digester,could make digester temperature above 10℃ in northern winter.And the order of gas production improving was greenhouses plus microbial agent,plastic film covering plus microbial agent,deep buried digester plus microbial agents.
