摘要
卧式高渣物料厌氧消化器是一种新型高效的沼气发酵装置。利用自制的有效容积为600 L的卧式高渣厌氧反应器实验装置对奶牛粪便进行处理。实验结果表明,24 min的搅拌时间,10%TS的进料浓度,50 L.d-1的进料量都能保证最大程度的产气量及容积产气率。
Horizontal high-solid-contained anaerobic reactor is a kind of new and highly effective biogas reactors.Effective use of home-made horizontal anaerobic reactor at volume of 600 L with high solid dairy manure as raw material was experimented.The results showed that,24 min of stirring,TS 10% of the feeding material,and 50 L·d-1 of feeding rate could ensure the maximum volumetric gas production rate and gas yield.
