摘要
提出一种基于单片机的动态组态系统构架及软硬件结构,以XML文件作为组态系统的配置文件存放在大容量SD(Secure Digital)卡中.单片机通过XML解析模块访问和调用配置文件,可以改变系统的显示内容、监控用户的设定、扫描系统输入和控制系统输出.通过对SD卡的直接访问和修改,自由更改XML配置文件,实现系统功能的动态组态.最后以洗衣机分配器系统验证动态组态控制系统设计的合理性和有效性.
A micro controller unit （MCU） oriented hardware and software structure for dynamic configured control system is proposed. XML format configuration descriptions are operated in SD card. XML configuration files are read and modified by XML parsing module. MCU changes the display contents, monitors user＇s inputs, scans system input, and switches system output. System operation can be changed by dynamic configuration that is realized by configuration file modification. The proposed control system is verified by washing machine distributor control system application satisfactorily.
