摘要
以北京石油机械厂(以下简称北石厂)信息化综合集成平台建设为例,阐述了制造业信息化集成系统的目标以及实施方案,重点介绍了实现PDM与ERP系统集成以及实现PDM与DNC系统的集成的技术开发与应用效果。实现了基于集成的管理创新和设计创新,消除了企业在异构信息系统下的信息孤岛问题,以及业务流、数据流无法协同的瓶颈问题。解决了以小批量多品种生产为主要特征的生产企业实现数字化和网络化制造所需要的信息集成问题,初步实现PLM与ERP系统互操作的协同。
Taking the establishment of information-based integration platform for Beijing petroleum machinery mill for example,described the target and the implementation scheme of manufacturer＇s information-based integration system,focusing on realizing the PDMERP system integration and the development and application of PDMDNC system integration.It achieves the management innovation and design innovation,eliminates the ＂information isolated island＂ problem under different information system and the bottle-neck of coordinate problem between operation and data stream.It resolved digitization characterized by small batch,multi-models and the information integration of network manufacturing,and realized the cooperation of PLMERP.
