摘要
目的探讨腹膜后巨大肿瘤的手术治疗经验。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年12月手术治疗22例腹膜后巨大肿瘤病人的患者资料。结果 17例肿瘤完整切除,3例肿瘤非完整性切除,2例行病理活检。结论手术切除是腹膜后巨大肿瘤的主要治疗方法,联合脏器切除、改进手术技术和外科多专业合作可以提高肿瘤完整切除率。
Objective To investigate surgical treatment of huge retroperitoneal tumor.Methods The clinical data of 22 cases with huge retroperitoneal tumor in An Hui Medical Afflicated Hospital from junuary 2005 to December 2009 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The surgical treatments were achieved in 17 cases of total resection,3 cases of local resection,and 2 cases of biopsy only.Conclusion Surgical resection is an effective way for huge retroperitoneal tumor,and multiple organs combined resection increases the success rate of tumor total resection.
