摘要
本文在分析存在问题的基础上提出创新高校党校教育培训模式的建议:加强课程建设丰富教学内容;健全管理制度规范教学管理;强化师资队伍建设;组建稳定教育培训团队。
This article puts forward the suggestion of innovative training model of Party school education in colleges on the basis of analyzing existent questions：Strengthening curriculum construction and enriching teaching content;Improving management system and standardizing teaching management;Strengthening teachers team construction and building stable education training team.
