摘要
为缩短产品开发周期,降低成本及提高产品质量,CAE技术越来越多的运用在注塑成型的模具设计中。本文基于AMI对接收器上盖在注射成型过程中的成型缺陷进行预测和优化,为探讨注塑成型应用CAE的方法提供借鉴。
In order to reduce the development cycle and cost of products and improve the quality,the CAE technology is being used more and more in mould design of injection molding. This paper uses AMI software to predict and optimize the forming defects on the receiver cover. It provides a reference to the method of applying CAE technology to injection molding.
