摘要
介绍了对分油机的故障诊断分析前所需要进行的数据采集和处理以及各环节电路硬件设计,以消除外界对机器工作状况的影响,并使数据让控制单元识别,且能够方便、有效、快捷地保存、分析、对比,同时对机器工作状况做出评估,因此可以及时发现重大事故安全隐患。
This paper introduces the preparatory steps of data acquisition and processing as well as the link circuit design before Oil Separator fault diagnosis. The steps are important and effective to dispel the outside influence on the working conditions of the machine,and also to make the control unit identify,save and analyze the data easily and quickly. Meanwhile,in the process,it can assess the working situation of the machine, so as to detect safety risks of major accidents promptly.
