摘要 针对火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定样品中金属元素过程中会出现灵敏度、雾化效率、燃助比和燃烧器高度选择、零点漂移、基体干扰等问题进行了探讨,提出了相应的应对措施。大量实验结果表明:通过采取这些措施,可以在测定样品中获得较高的准确度和精确度。 To determine the metallic element content in water sample should use the instrument of air acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. However, if it is not used properly, it will reduce the sensitivity and atomization efficiency, the combustion ratio and height of burners will be chosen improperly. And it can cause the problems of Zero Creep and disturbance. All in all, the accuracy and precision of determination result will be affected. Therefore, this paper analyzes the above--mentioned problems in the process of using the instrument based on abundant experiments, and proposes solutions to improve the sensitivity and atomization efficiency, adjust the combustion ratio and choose proper height of burners, take off the Zero Creep and interference elimination, in order to improve the accuracy and precision of determination, thereby we can obtain accurate result of determination.
