抗A及抗B单克隆血型定型试剂的质量分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察市场销售抗A、抗B单克隆血型定型试剂的质量情况,选择良好的试剂,用于流动采血中血型的鉴定。方法:采用效价测定、亲和力测定,观察不同温度与时间条件对抗A、抗B单克隆血型定型试剂质量的影响。结果:在市售的4家试剂中,效价较好的有2家,亲和力较好的有4家,耐温度的有2家,耐时间的有1家。抗B血型鉴定试剂,受温度的影响较大,随着温度的升高与时间的延长,效价下降较快。结论:第1家和第4家试剂更适宜街头流动采血中血型的鉴定。
