摘要
目的 分析影响我国农村劳动力人口的就诊单位选择的因素。方法 利用1998年国家第二次卫生服务调查的数据,采用Multinomial Logistic回归模型。结果 影响我国农村劳动力人口就诊行为的因素有医疗保障制度、健康状况、文化程度、收入和患病程度等。结论 提示在农村应提高医疗服务的质量,完善医疗保障制度,保障满足农民基本的医疗服务需求。
Objective To analyze the affecting factors in choosing medical organ from China rural people. Methods The data of the second country medical service investigating in 1998 were studied with Multinomial Logistic regression model. Results The affecting factors in choosing medical organ from China rural people includied medical guarantee system, health condition, culture background, income and type of disease. Conclusion Results showed that medical quality should be raised, medical guarantee system be improved and medical service need be meeted.
