肽酰精氨酸脱亚氨酶催化趋化因子瓜氨酸化
摘要
蛋白质分子内精氨酸残基瓜氨酸化是蛋白质翻译后修饰作用之一,肽酰精氨酸脱亚氨酶(PAD)催化趋化因子发生瓜氨酸化反应,改变趋化因子的生物学活性,显示出PAD在体内免疫系统中的调节作用。
