摘要
目的探讨对住院精神病患者家属实施护患沟通的方法，提高患者依从性，和谐医患关系，减少医疗纠纷。方法根据住院时间的不同时期采取个别座谈或集体座谈、电话、电脑、亲自到患者家中等方法。结果患者依从性提高，住院时间缩短，医疗纠纷减少。结论对住院精神病患者家属实施护患沟通，能提高遵医行为，减少医疗纠纷，降低复发率。
Objective To explore the implementation of the families of psychiatric patients with nurse - patient communication methods to improve patient eomplianee, harmonious doetor- patient relationship, reduee medical disputes. Methods Aeeording to hospital in different periods, individual or collective discussion forum, telephone, computer, goin to patients families and so on methods were taken. Results Patients eomplianee were inereased, hospitalization time was shortened and medical disputes were redueed. Conclusion Implementation of nurse - patient eommunieation on the families of psychiatric patients with can improve the eomplianee behaviors, reduee patient disputes, reduee the relapse rate.
