摘要
目的探讨应用"告知处置记录表"预防护理纠纷的效果。方法 2007年11月-2010年6月,应用"告知处置记录表"对1268例病人进行吸氧、血压监测、血氧监测、心电监测的治疗项目及时间进行记录,并对病人或家属进行告知。比较实施"告知处置记录表"前后护理纠纷的发生率。结果实施"告知处置记录表"后,护理纠纷的发生率低于实施前,实施前后比较,χ2=70.58,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论 "告知处置记录表"将病人的"使用医疗消费"化为"知情医疗消费",既使病人的合法权益得到保障,又使护士的职业权利受到法律的保护,可以有效降低护理纠纷的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of the informing disposal record form on preventing health care disputes.Methods From November 2007 to June 2010,the informing disposal record form was applied on 1268 patients,recording and informing the treatment programs and time of oxygen,blood pressure monitoring,oxygen monitoring and electrocardiogram monitoring.Then the incidence of disputes before and after the application of the informing disposal record form was compared.Results The incidence of disputes was reduced after the application of the disposal record form.The difference between the two groups was significant（χ^2 = 70.58,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The informing disposal record form changed the patients＇ using medical consumption into informed medical consumption,protecting the patients＇ legal rights and nurses＇ occupational rights.Thus it could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
