摘要
目的总结胎儿宫内输血手术的护理要点。方法对17例因母儿Rh血型不合引起胎儿贫血的孕妇实施宫内输血手术,并做好术前、术中、术后的护理。结果 17例手术成功;术后7d均无1例发生感染、心动过缓、穿刺点出血、脐带血肿、胎盘早剥等并发症。结论术前做好孕妇解释工作,减轻其心理压力;术中密切配合,监测宫内胎儿胎心音情况;术后密切监测孕妇宫缩、胎心率及并发症观察与预防,对提高胎儿宫内输血手术的成功率及保证术后胎儿的正常发育具有重要的意义。
Objective To summarize the key nursing points during intrauterine transfusion.Methods Intrauterine transfusion in fetal anemia caused by RH blood type incompatibility was conducted in 17 pregnant women.The peri-operative care was performed on them.Result Operation was performed successfully in 17 patients.Seven days after treatment,no complications like infections,bradycardia,bleeding at the puncture site,hematoma of cord and placental abruption were found.Conclusion The care measures,including preoperative explanation to all 17 patients to relieve the mental pressure,close cooperation with doctors,monitoring of fetal heart rate during intrauterine transfusion and close observation of uterine contraction,fetal heart rate and the prognosis after intrauterine transfusion,enhanced observation of related complicated and prevention,are critical for operational success rate,ensuring the normal development of fetus after operation.
