摘要
目的总结58例结直肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术的护理经验。方法术前做好心理护理,术后做好病情监测和用药效果监测、管道的固定、并发症的观察和活动指导等。结果 58例患者手术均顺利完成,术后胃肠功能恢复时间44-56h;术后下床活动时间2-3d。发生1例一过性肩背疼痛;1例上腹部皮下气肿。无1例发生护理并发症。结论腹腔镜下行结直肠癌手术具有安全、创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点。做好手术前后的护理可减轻手术并发症的发生,是手术成功的重要保障之一。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience for patients with colorectal cancer who underwent mini-invasive operation.Methods A total 58 patients with colorectal cancer were recruited from March 2008 to November 2009.Preoperative psychological nursing,postoperative condition and efficacy of treatment monitoring,channel fixed,complication observation and exercise guidance were conducted on each patient.Results Surgical operation was successfully conducted on each patient.Gastrointestinal functional recovery and out-of-bed activities were observed on 44-56 h and 2-3 days after operation,respectively.One patient suffered from temporal shoulder and back pain,and one patient suffered from pneumohypoderma.No patient was found to have complications.Conclusions Laparoscopic colorectal surgery was proved to be safe,minimally invasive,and helpful for quick recovery and short length of stay.Nursing intervention can decrease complication,and it is one of factors of successful surgery operation.
