摘要
目的探讨穴位针灸治疗直肠癌术后并发神经源性膀胱的效果。方法选择2006年2月-2009年12月本科室60例直肠癌术后并发神经源性膀胱的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统的膀胱功能锻炼方法,观察组采用穴位针灸治疗。比较两组患者膀胱功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者膀胱功能恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论穴位针灸治疗可有效促进神经源性膀胱患者膀胱功能恢复,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating patients with complicated neurogenic bladder after rectal cancer operation.Methods Sixty patients who underwent rectal cancer operation from February 2006 to December 2009 and got complicated neurogenic bladder after operation were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted the traditional method while the patients in the observation group received acupuncture treatment.The recovery of bladder function in the two groups was compared.Result The bladder function in the observation group patients restored better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The acupuncture therapy may promote the recovery of urinary bladder function effectively,and is worth the clinical application.
