摘要
目的总结70例腹腔镜活体供肾切取术(laparoscopic live donornephrectomy,LDN)供者围术期的护理要点。方法回顾性分析2009年1-12月本院施行腹腔镜活体供肾切取术70例供者的临床资料,并总结护理经验。结果 70例LDN供者手术均取得成功,术后住院5-9d,平均(7.4±1.6)d;术后第3d供者肌酐106-131mmol/L,平均(109.2±20.5)mmol/L;未发生气胸、出血等术后并发症。结论术前针对不同的供体实施个体化的心理护理,术后密切观察对侧肾功能的代偿情况、及时处理并发症、做好出院指导有利于促进LDN供者的康复。
Objective To summarize key points of perioperative period nursing for 70 donors who underwent laparoscopic live donor nephrectomy（LDN）.Methods The clinical data of 70 live donors who accepted LDN during Jan-Dec 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyze,and the nursing experiences were summarized.Results All of 70 LDNs were successful.The post-operative in-hospital time ranged from 5 to 9 days,mean time（MT）：（7.4 ± 1.6）d,and patients offered on the 3rd day serum creatinine（Scr） 106-131 mmol/L（mean：109.2 ± 20.5）mmol /l.No complication such as pneumothorax or bleeding occurred.Conclusion Individualized mental nursing preoperational,closely watching on compensated situation of contralateral kidney,dealing with the complication immediately,and providing guidance after hospital discharge can be beneficial to the recovery of LDN.
