两种造影剂在增强扫描CT中应用效果观察及不良反应的护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨增强扫描CT(contrast enhancement scanning CT,CECT)中应用两种造影剂的效果及不良反应情况,并总结护理要点。方法将600例行CT增强扫描的患者随机分为应用离子型造影剂300例与应用非离子型造影剂300例。比较两种造影剂增强效果及不良反应情况。结果两种造影剂的增强效果基本一致,但非离子型造影剂注射患者局部过敏反应和全身机体过敏反应率明显低于使用离子型造影剂。结论 CECT应用非离子型造影剂的不良反应发生率较离子型造影剂低,应针对造影剂导致的不良反应给予患者实施有效的护理措施,以便减轻或避免造影剂引起的不良反应。 Objective To observe the adverse reaction of different kinds of contrast medium and summarize nursing countermeasures in CT enhancement scanning.Methods A total of 600 patients who underwent contrast enhancement scanning CT were randomly divided into the ionic contrast medium group and the non-ionic contrast medium group.The enhancement effect and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results The enhancement effect had no difference in two groups.The adverse reaction rate was much lower in the non-ionic contrast medium group than that in the ionic contrast medium group.Conclusions There were remarkably fewer adverse reactions in the non-ionic contrast medium group.Effective nursing can reduce the side effects based on different contrast medium use.
