摘要
本文采用改性新酚(Ⅱ)树脂取代传统的酚醛树脂生产飞机插头座绝缘件,克服了原用树脂吸水率高,耐电弧性差的缺点。试验结果表明,无论在正常条件下,还是在低温低压、潮湿环境或经高低温后又受多次冲击的条件下,均能满足使用技术要求。该树脂成型工艺性也较好。
The insulating parts of airplane sockets were made with the modified phenol resin instead of the traditional, overcoming the latter shortcoming of greater water absorption and less arc resistance. The test results have showed that the new resin can meet the technical demands in application whether under such conditions as normal, low temperature and pressure, humidity and impacted several times after high and low temperature, ete. and the moulding technique is also better.
