摘要
合作式数字参考咨询服务模式的协作化、国际化及资源与服务的集成等新特性引发知识产权风险。国内合作式数字参考咨询服务虽已开始注意知识产权风险的防范,但普遍存在缺乏规范、知识产权保护方案不清晰等问题。因此,有必要在坚持利益对等、责任共担的法律精神的基础上,通过明确合作契约条款,逐步建立并完善知识产权制度,并通过设立图书馆版权管理岗位的制度创新,防范合作式数字参考咨询服务的知识产权风险,以期合作式数字参考咨询服务稳定、可持续发展。
The collaboration, internationalization, integration of resources and services and other new features of collaborative digital reference service model cause intellectual property risks. Domestic collaborative digital reference services have begun to note intellectual property risks, but there are problems such as lack of norms and unclear intellectual property protection program. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the legal spirit of interests equivalence and sharing responsibility, through making sure the cooperation contract terms, establishing and perfecting the intellectual property system gradually, and through establishing the system innovation of library copyright management positions, preventing the intellectual property risks of collaborative digital reference services, in order to make collaborative digital reference services develop steadily and sustainably.
