摘要
本文介绍滚齿切削过程的一种扭矩测试系统,该系统结合电压/频率转换技术和光电耦合,实现了信号的无接触传输,并开发利用8098单片机数据采集技术,为在旋转轴上测量切削力提供了一个切实可行又可靠的方法.
In this paper, we introduce a system for testing hobbing torque, which successfully incorporated V/F converting technique with digital photoelectric couple to achieve the non-wire signal transmission, and also developed 8098 single-chip computer as the core element of data collecting. The research of this system is to propose an effective and reliable method for force measurement on rotating shaft.
