摘要
目的:探讨推剥技术在经尿道膀胱浅表肿瘤切除术中预防闭孔神经反射的作用。方法:对82例膀胱侧后壁浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者采用经尿道推剥技术治疗。结果:82例均成功经尿道手术切除膀胱肿瘤。发生轻度闭孔神经反射32例,均未造成严重后果。结论:推剥技术是一种安全有效的预防经尿道膀胱浅表肿瘤切除术中闭孔神经反射并发症的方法。
Objective：To assess the preventive effect of push stripping skill on obturator nerve reflex during transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor.Methods：82 cases of superficial bladder tumor in lateral posterior wall were treated by push stripping skill during transurethral resection.Results：Total operations were successful,slight obturator nerve reflex occurred in 32 cases,no severe complication occurred.Conclusion：Push stripping skill could effectively prevent the complication of obturator nerve reflex during transurethral resection of superficial bladder tumor.
