摘要
目的:观察高频电波环切(LEEP)刀治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法:对60例宫颈糜烂Ⅱ度以上的患者采用LEEP治疗,观察手术效果和并发症。结果:治愈56例,有效4例;手术时间4～12min,术中出血量0～50mL。结论:LEEP刀治疗宫颈糜烂疗效肯定,并发症少。
Objective：To observe the effect of treating cervical erosion by loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP）.Methods： 60 patients with cervical erosion above Ⅱ° were treated by LEEP.To observe the effect and complications of LEEP.Results：56 patients were cured,4 patients were effective.The operative time was 4~12 min,blood loss 0~50 mL.Conclusion：LEEP is affirmatively effective to treat cervical erosion with few complications.
