摘要
针对当前农村建立“三网合一”综合信息网在组织实施运行中存在的不够统一协调的问题，进行调研分析，提出了建设“三网合一”
This paper mainly deals with the construction of ‘Joining up the three nets' integrated information network in the countryside.Having analysed and made some research into the cause of some incongruous probloms,we propose the projection on the building of ‘Joining up the three nets’.
