摘要
针对成组夹具设计技术中的编码系统使用困难、编码不精确和重用难等问题,提出在成组夹具设计中构造面向对象的参数化模型,该模型用类来描述零件簇,构成零件类的结构层次,生成零件描述的框架;用参数化方法从零件类实例化生成对象,以对象表示具体的零件;查询时,以零件的特征和零件的具体参数来驱动,加速搜索的过程,并使结果更加精确;找到相同或相似零件对象后,在某个类层次上重用以前的设计。
It is difficult to use the coding system of conventional group technology (GT) and there exist a problem of inaccuracy and a diffculty in reuse the group fixture design.This paper puts forward an object oriented & parameterized modal in which a group of parts is described as a class.These classes constitute a hierarchical structure,which is a frame of the description of parts.Using the parameterized method and instances of classes,we produce objects which are used to represent concrete parts.A part retrieval is driven by the features and parameters of parts,which speeds the process of retrieval and is more accurate.After finding the same or similar part object,we can reuse the part object.This modal provides a new way to the application of the group fixture design.
