摘要
在冲裁模刃口尺寸的计算机辅助设计中,正确地识别尺寸类型是设计、计算最关键的一步。通过合理有效地利用了AutoCAD强有力的图形处理功能及图形数据资源,提出了一种在AutoCAD图形输入及处理环境下尺寸类型识别的新模型。此模型的原理主要基于尺寸标注基点在磨损前后的变化趋势及规律,不仅简单、直观,而且准确、可靠,容易在计算机上实现。
In the CAD for blanking die,how to correctly discriminate the dimension types of the edge is a key work.Through the application of the powerful drawing input and processing,and the drawing database in AutoCAD,a new discrimination model is proposed and successfully fulfilled in the AutoCAD environment.Based on the wearing regularity of the dimension starting points,the new model is not only simple and perceptible,but also accurate and reliable.
