摘要
目的探讨全程心理护理对人工髋关节置换术患者的影响。方法对人工髋关节置换术患者102例实行围手术期全程心理护理,比较手术前后患者的焦虑状况。结果人工髋关节置换术患者接受全程心理护理后手术后焦虑减轻,较手术前差异有统计学意义(χ2=118.2,p<0.05)。结论对人工髋关节置换术后的患者实行全程心理护理可缓解焦虑情绪,对患者的肢体功能恢复和并发症的预防起重要作用。
Objective：To explore the effect of the whole psychological nursing on patients with hip arthroplasty.Methods：A total of 102 patients with hip arthroplasty all carried out the whole psychological nursing,compared the anxiety of patients before and after nursing.Results：Patients with hip arthroplasty underwent the psychological nursing,the anxiety of whom can be alleviated ＇after the surgery,and this difference is statistically significant （Х^2=118.2,p〈0.05）.Conclusion：The anxiety of people with hip arthroplasty can be alleviated after they receive the whole psychological nursing.It plays an important role in the limb function recovery and the prevention of complications.
