摘要
建立N-丙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺含量测定和有关物质检查的方法。采用DikmaDiamonsil C_(18)(5μ,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(35:65),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长224nm。在所选定的液相色谱条件下,有关物质与N-丙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺完全分离,N-丙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺在100-400 μg/mL(r=0.9995)内线性关系良好,最低检测限为10ng,检测3批样品,主峰含量均在99.0%以上,有关物质在1%以下。此法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于N-丙酰基-5-甲氧基色胺的含量测定和有关物质检查。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of N-propionyl-5-methoxytryptamine and its related substances.A HPLC method was used with a Dikma Diamonsil C18 (5μm, 4.6 mm ×250 mm)column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(35 : 65),The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength set at 224 nm. N-propionyl-5-methoxytryptamine and its related substances were completely separated with a linear range of 100-400 μg/mL(r=0.9995).The detection limit of 10ng was obtained.The N-propionyl-5-methoxytryptamine contents of three batches were over 99.0% with related substances less than 1%. The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used to determine N-propanoyl-5- methoxytryptamine.
