摘要
研究了对羟基苯甲醛与盐酸羟胺腈化反应制备对羟基苯甲腈的合成工艺,详细考察了溶剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和n(对羟基苯甲醛):n(盐酸羟胺)等因素对产物收率的影响。在甲苯和二甲苯混合溶剂(质量比1:1)用量为15 mL,反应时间1 h,反应温度100℃,n(对羟基苯甲醛):n(盐酸羟胺)=1:1.1的工艺条件下,产品收率达98.3%,熔点112~113℃,产品纯度为99.6%。
The synthesis of p -hydroxybenzonitrile was studied by the reaction of p -hydroxybenzaldehyde with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The influences of some factors including solvent dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, and n (p - hydroxybenzaldehyde) : n ( hydrohydroxylamine hydrochloride) on the yield of p -hydroxylbenzonitrile were investigated. The yield of the product was 98.3%, m. p. 112 - 113 ℃ and the purity of the product reached 99.6% under the optimum reaction conditions as follows:volume of aromatic solvent 15 mL, reaction time 1 hour, reaction temperature 100 ℃, n (p - hydroxybenzaldehyde) : n ( hydroxylamine hydrochloride) = 1.0 : 1.1.
