摘要
在经济发展全球化的新形势下,各国都在寻求经济发展的有效途径,但在发展过程中都面临不同程度的资金短缺问题。在我国,随着经济体制改革的进一步深入以及市场经济的不断发展,财政资金以外的资本将获得更多投资基础设施的机会。针对近年来上海城建在江苏地区参与的多个基础设施投融资项目的实际情况进行分析,概括基础设施投融资项目管理随着市场经济形势的发展不断变化创新的思路,总结了项目在实际操作过程中的成功经验,展现上海城建集团基础设施投融资项目投融资管理的总体水平。
With the background of economic globalization, all countries are serching for an efficient way to improve economy development, while suffering from capital shortage of the different degree. In China, with the further deepening of economic system reform and continuous developing of market economy, the capitals except financial fund will take more chances in infrastructures. Aiming at the practical condition of several infrastructure items in Jiangsu area by Shanghai Urban Construction Group, the continuous developing innovation ideas with the market economy conditions about infrastructure investing financing items are presented, and the successful experiences of these items are summarized, which show the general standard by Shanghai Urban Construction Group on investing financing item management.
