摘要
以黄瓜(Cucumis sativusL.)穴盘苗为材料,研究不同波段UV辐射增强对黄瓜穴盘苗的生长发育指标及光合作用的影响。结果表明,在UV辐射3个波段中,UV-A辐射不能抑制穴盘苗徒长;UV-B辐射株高比对照降低16.63%,壮苗指标和根冠比最高;UV-C辐射株高比对照降低23.27%,干物质含量比对照下降12.57%,G值和根冠比低于对照,抑制黄瓜根系生长。UV辐射降低黄瓜穴盘苗的光合作用,提高了叶绿素含量。因而UV-B为最佳的辐射波段。
Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) plug seedlings were used to study the effects of different UV radiation bands on cucumber growth and photosynthesis in leaves.The results showed that UV-A radiation did not significantly inhibit cucumber seedling height;UV-B and UV-C radiation significantly inhibit the height,16.63% and 23.27% were lower than that of CK;exponent of stern seedling index and ratio of root seedling were higher than CK.UV radiation reduced the photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings,increased chlorophyll content.UV radiation on photosynthesis,root activity and no significant effect.UV radiation reduced photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings,increased the chlorophyll content.Therefore,UV-B radiation was the best band.
