摘要
精制棉废水是一种含高碱、高色度、高有机物浓度的难处理有机化工废水。采用酸析气浮/内电解作为预处理、厌氧/二级好氧生化作为主处理的组合工艺,实际运行证明此工艺处理精制棉生产废水行之有效、经济合理。该处理工艺对COD、BOD5、色度、SS的平均去除率分别为98.44%、98.98%、99.85%、90.53%,出水水质优于《兵器工业水污染物排放标准火炸药》(GB14470.1—2002)中规定的最高允许日均排放浓度。
The refined cotton wastewater is a refractory organic chemical wastewater with high al- kaline concentration, high color and high organic matters. The combined process of acid floatation, inter- nal electrolysis as pre-treatment, anaerobic treatment and two-stage aerobic biological treatment as the main technology was used to treat this wastewater. The engineering practice proves that this combined process is effective, economical and reasonable in fine cotton wastewater treatment. The average removal rates of COD, BODs, color and SS are 98.44% , 98.98% , 99.85% and 90.53% respectively, and the effluent quality is superior to the daily average maximum permissible discharge concentration specified in Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants from Ordnance Industry Powder and Explosive (GB 14470.1 - 2002).
