Brief Application of Common Standards for Fire Design in International Oil-gas Field Projects

摘要 结合部分国外油气田工程实例,从国际消防标准体系、消防站的设置、固定喷淋冷却系统和泡沫灭火系统的设计参数选取和主要设备选型等方面,阐述了消防专业常用国际标准规范的要点,并与国内的相关规范进行了具体比较,重点介绍了固定喷淋冷却水和泡沫混合液供给强度及连续供给时间等设计参数的选取、消防水泵的应用要点。 Abstract: Combined with some examples of international oil-gas field projects, the essentials of international fire standards and codes are described in terms of the international fire standard system, fire station setting, design parameter choosing and major equipment selection of the fixed spray cooling system and foam fire extinguishing system and so on. A comparison was conducted with the relevant domestic and foam fire extinguishing system and so on. A comparison was conducted with the relevant domestic codes. The selection of design parameters for supply rate and continuous supply time of the fixed spray cooling water and foam mixing liquid, and the application essentials for fire pump are mainly introduced.
