摘要
猪圆环病毒(PCV)是单链环状DNA病毒。它是近年来阻碍养猪业发展的重要传染病,因而成为各国学者的研究热点。本文就猪圆环病毒的基因组结构与功能,主要编码的蛋白质及其功能,分子生物学诊断方法等的最新研究进展作一综述。
The genome of porcine circoviruses consists of circular and single-stranded DNA moleculeso Porcine circovirus （PCV） infection is an important infectious disease in pigs in recent years, which seriously hinders the ＇development of pig industry. Thus PCV has became the focus to researchers all over the world. This paper reviewed the recent advance in studies on the structure and function of the virus genome,main encoding proteins and their function,and the molecular diagnostic methods of PCV etc.
