摘要
在黑麦草中分别加入动物乳杆菌菌液和无菌水,在密封塑料袋中避光保存,测定青贮饲料储存期间乳杆菌和霉菌数的变化及pH变化。结果发现,在黑麦草青贮饲料中添加动物乳杆菌后可有效抑制霉菌的生长。
Lactobacillus animalis and sterile water were added in the ryegrass which stored in a sealed plastic bag in the dark. The amount of lactic acid bacteria and mould were determined during storage in sealed plastic bag, and the chang of pH was also tested. The results showed that it could inhibit the growth of mould added the Laetobaeillus animalis into silage of ryegrass.
