摘要
目的探索ＳＡＰＨＯ综合征的临床特点及诊断方法。方法报道了一例ＳＡＰＨＯ综合征并对ＳＡＰＨＯ综合征的文献进行复习。结果本例有手足掌面脓疱疮，双侧锁骨和第一前肋骨炎、骨肥厚。骨病理切片示慢性炎症改变，故确诊为ＳＡＰＨＯ综合征。结论ＳＡＰＨＯ综合征临床可以见到，应注意和其他疾病鉴别。
Objective To
study the clinical features and diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome. Methods One case of SAPHO
syndrome was reported and the related data of SAPHO syndrome were reviewed. Results The
main clinical features of the patient were palmaplantar pustulosis,hyperostosis,osteitis,and the
osseous biopsy showed chronic inflammation.So the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made.
ConclusionSAPHO syndrome can be seen in clinical works.
