摘要
目的本文通过对磷酸可待因薄膜片包衣前后的溶出曲线的比较,介绍了溶出曲线比较的基本方法。方法分别采用了直观描述法、f值法、ANOVA法与模型法对溶出曲线进行了比较。结果根据直观描述法和f值法得出包衣前后溶出曲线未发生改变的结论。结论不同比较方法之间存在差异,应根据需求适当选择比较方法。
Objective To introduce the methods of comparing dissolution curves by comparing the dissolution curves between before and after coating thin-film of phosphate codeine tablets.Methods Use description,f value,ANOVA and model-depended methods to compare the dissolution curves.Results There is no distinct difference between before and after coating thin-film of phosphate codeine tablets based on description and f value methods.Conclusion There is some diversity in different methods so as to select proper method based on requirement.
