摘要
目的总结头孢曲松钠在儿科临床应用中发生的不良反应,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索《中国期刊全文数据库》,并查阅2000～2009年国内公开发行的主要医药期刊有关头孢曲松钠在儿科临床应用中的不良反应文献,对文献进行总结分析。结果头孢曲松钠在儿科临床应用中的不良反应类型及临床表现呈多样化。结论对头孢曲松钠在儿科的临床应用要给予高度重视,以保障儿童用药安全。
Objective Summarize the clinical application of ceftriaxone in the pediatric adverse events,to provide a reference for clinical medication. Methods Search ＂China Academic Journal＂,and access to 2000~2009 domestic major medical journals related to ceftriaxone in the pediatric adverse drug reactions. The literature were analyzed. Results Ceftriaxone in the pediatric clinical application types and clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were diverse.Conclusion Ceftriaxone in the pediatric clinical application should be given attention to protect drug safety of children.
