摘要
本文简述了再生塑料的由来、定义、分类及生产工艺。针对再生塑料制品的生产概况,分析再生塑料若进入药品包装行业存在的安全隐患。为保障药品安全,我国不允许再生塑料用于生产直接接触药品的包装材料。建立识别再生塑料的检测分析方法已成为一个重要的研究课题。
The history,definition,classification and recycling processes of the recycled plastic were reviewed,and the potential risk of recycled plastic used as pharmaceutical packaging materials was also discussed in this article.In order to assure the safety of drug products,recycled plastic should not be used in the manufacture of plastic packaging containers,which was or might be in direct contact with the dosage form.Growing attention had been paid to develop detection methods to identify plastic packaging containers adulteration with recycled plastic.
