摘要
目的:研究补肾壮阳类中药制剂及保健品中非法添加西地那非类似物——硫代西地那非的检测方法。方法:建立薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法以及液相色谱-质谱联用技术对可能掺加硫代西地那非的中药制剂及保健品进行筛查检验。结果:薄层色谱、液相色谱结合紫外吸收光谱可给出筛查检测的初步结论,辅以液质联用技术提供的相对分子质量与结构信息,可对筛查结果作出准确判断。结论:本方法可检测中药制剂及保健品中违法添加的硫代西地那非。
Objective：To identify thiosildenafil mixed illegally in traditional Chinese medicine and health care food.Methods：TLC and HPLC methods were established for the separation and determination of the organic extract of TCM preparations,and thiosildenafil was identified by HPLC-MS-MS.Result：The initial result could be achieved by TLC sports and HPLC with DAD detector,the structural information given by HPLC-MS-MS could prove more.Conclusion：The developed methods can successfully determinate thiosildenafil illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine preparations and health care products.
