摘要
目的:对照山白中的黄酮类成分进行研究。方法:用乙醇提取,聚酰胺柱、硅胶色谱柱、制备液相分离,以光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:鉴定了6个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素(Ⅰ)、山柰酚(Ⅱ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、金丝桃苷(Ⅳ)、槲皮苷(Ⅴ)和杨梅苷(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the flavonoid constituents of Rhododendrom micranthum. Methods:Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents.The chemical components were isolated by preparative HPLC,polyamide and silica gel column chromatography.The chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectral data. Results:Six compounds were isolated and identified:quercetin(Ⅰ),kaempferol(Ⅱ),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucosides(Ⅲ),hyperin(Ⅳ),quercitroside(Ⅴ)and myricitrin(Ⅵ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅴand Ⅵ are obtained from this plant for the first time.
