益肠汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察益肠汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法将75例符合纳入标准的IBS患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例口服益肠汤,每天1剂;对照组30例口服援生力维,2组疗程均为8周,观察治疗前后患者腹痛、腹泻、腹胀的情况。结果 2组腹痛改善情况无显著性差异,腹泻、腹胀改善情况治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未见不良反应发生。结论益肠汤治疗腹泻型IBS具有较好的疗效。
