摘要
目的:研究柳茶提取物对异烟肼和利福平引起的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法:60只小鼠随机分为模型组,柳茶提取物低、中、高剂量组、水飞蓟宾胶囊阳性对照组和空白对照组,然后各组给与相应的药物,10d后测定各组小鼠的肝脏指数(LI)、谷丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽(GSH-PX)等指标、采用光镜观察肝脏组织学变化。结果:与模型组比较,经柳茶提取物预防性保护后,LI、ALT、AST和MDA含量均明显降低,GSH-PX含量明显升高,SOD活力明显增强。结论:柳茶提取物对异烟肼和利福平造成的小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of extracts of Sibraea angustata （ESA） on hepatic toxic injury in induced mice by isoniazid and rifampicin when used in combination. METHODS Totally 60 mice were randomly divided into model group, small-dosage,medium-dosage and large-dosage groups of extracts of Sibraea angustata ,Silybin capsules positive control group and control group. Each group was given with corresponding drug respectively for 10 days. then the liver index （LI）, the contents of ALT. AST. MDA. SOD and the activity of GSH-PX of all mice were measured and their hepatic histological changes were observed under optical microscope. RESULTS Compared with the model group, the contents of ALT, AST decreased obviously, the MDA content lowered obviously, the GSH-PX content increased, the SOD activity improved in the groups after preventive treatment with extracts of Sibraea angustata. CONCLUSION Extracts of Sibraea angustata has protective effects on liver injury induced by isoniazid and rifampicin.
